We’re doing things a little different than Wharf Invasion.

“VDUBs in the Village” is all about a chill beach-day vibe. Think laid-back hangout meets classic VW car meet. Park your VW in one of the coolest beachside locations alongside 200+ other VWs. Bring the family. Hang with friends.

Capitola Village is packed with restaurants, sweets, and shopping — all just steps from the sand.

We are not planning to present awards at this event.

If trophies are your thing, be sure to register for Wharf Invasion later this year.

🚗 Event & Parking Details

• Open to air-cooled VWs up to 1979

• $50 – Park your VW in the Village for the day

⭐ Premium Parking – $100 (Only 30 Spots!)

These 30 premium spots guarantee front-and-center parking along the beachfront area.

Premium spots sold out in under 3 minutes last year.

All other vehicles will be parked on a first-come, first-parked basis.

If you’d like to park with your group or friends, please arrive together before entering the event.

Parking begins at 7:00am.

The Village will be closed to all through and moving vehicles at 9:30am. Please plan to arrive early to ensure entry.
